VARIABLE DAYS AND HOURS, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS

POSITION SUMMARY 

Plans and implements specialized programs using a variety of activities therapies such as art therapy, expressive therapies, movement, recreational therapy, arts and crafts, music, or individual activity plans to improve patient psychosocial functioning.

EDUCATION

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field or Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Expressive Therapy and/or Art Therapy.  Master’s Degree and Az Licensure in behavioral health field preferred.

CERTIFICATION/

LICENSES 

•       Arizona licensure in good standing as applicable.  

•       CPR & CPI Certified.
