Full Time and On Call

Position: Full Time Activity Coordinator

Work Environment: Assisted Living

Hours: Wednesday-Sunday– 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional night outings

CTRS is highly preford or someone with a B.S in Recreational Therapy. Will be required to completed assessments and care planning.

Position: On Call Activity Coordinator Position

Work Environment: Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Assisted Living

Hours: Varies, Minimum of 2 shift a month working a minimum of 2 hours per shift.
