ASTRA Leadership

The governance of ASTRA rests with the ASTRA Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD consists of the following positions: President, President-Elect, Past President, Treasurer, Secretary, Members-at-Large: Marketing, Membership-at-Large: Membership, Legislative Chair, Student Liaison, and ASTRA Student Club President. The President-Elect serves for three years, one as President-Elect, one as President and one as Past President. All other positions are for a three year term. Each year a variety of positions are up for election. Board terms begin at the annual membership meeting held during the Fall Meeting.

Elections are typically held in late spring and all active members who are qualified, are invited to run. Please visit the nominations and elections page for more information about these open positions.

Members are permitted at any time to attend board meetings as a guest and view past minutes of ASTRA board meetings.
