ASTRA Events
This event will provide the opportunity to explore available adaptive recreation opportunities, put your hands on adaptive sports/recreation equipment and gain exposure to an approach that can help your clients explore and resolve ambivalence. As recreation therapists we should be aware of and understand the resources, endless possibilities and equipment that is available. We should also understand how important our role can be in helping individuals enhance their intrinsic motivation to change.
